By joining the WordGarden beta program and using our mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

**1a. Beta Program Terms**

By joining our beta program, you acknowledge that:
- You are testing pre-release software that may contain bugs or incomplete features
- Your feedback and usage data may be collected to improve the Service
- Beta access may be limited or revoked at any time
- Features and functionality may change without notice during the beta period

**2. User-Generated Content**
---------------------------

Our Service allows you to create, store, and manage your own content, including words, definitions, and example sentences ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By creating User Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is Yours (You own it) or You have the right to use it and grant Us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of Your User Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for User Content you or any third-party posts on or through the Service.
